Mitey Rider Photo Week is one week of regular classes dedicated to caputuring the riders, horses, volunteers and special moments of our program. Even though these moments happen all year long, we allocate a full week of classes to take individual portraits of each rider, and candids throughout classtime. These photos are used in our marketing pieces, as well as the Spring Festival Book at the end of the season.
Like last year, ll photos will be available online for purchase in the form of professional, archival print packages (wallets, 4x6, 5x7, 8x10) so that parents can acquire the photographs to have for themselves or to give as gifts to family and friends. Please note: there is no cost for riders to participate in this week, it is a farm event for the purpose of marketing and PR.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED for this week: For each class session during this week, we need one volunteer to take photos of the class in action, as well as other candids. You must have your own digital camera (does not have to be SLR). Also needed — 2 volunteers each class day to be “Appearance Coordinators” — one for horses and one for riders. Appearance Coordinators will help photographers make sure hair, clothing, tack, etc is clean and in place for photos.
